After chemotherapy and surgery, she had 2 years disease-free survival. After this period of time, she presented with a swollen leg, a cellulitis-like syndrome and erythematous nodules at lower abdominal wall and upper leg skin. The skin biopsy revealed metastasis of adenocarcinoma in the dermis. She died after 4 months of the diagnosis of the skin metastasis. In 20 years experience in our unit, it is the first time that we recognize a cutaneous metastasis in ovarian cancer.
