Surgical excision has been the mainstay of treatment. Recently, gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist therapy has been reported to decrease the size of estrogen-receptor positive AA. We present the first case of a postmenopausal woman treated with an aromatase inhibitor to shrink the size of tumor prior to surgical resection. ER -
