The sensitivity and specificity of this test were 84.6% and 81.8%, respectively, with a likelihood ratio of 4:6 in predicting and prognosticating those women who have high-grade tumor or invasive disease. Conclusions This hysteroscopic picture might be used as a novel marker for risk stratification of EC.
