These tumors can recur even after complete resection. We present a patient treated with oral progesterone after hysterectomy with ovary conservation. A 35-year-old woman had a diagnosis of adenosarcoma on hysteroscopic resection, which was estrogen and progesterone receptor positive. She underwent total hysterectomy with ovary conservation and has received oral medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment. At 15 months after surgery, there has been no disease recurrence. Oral medroxyprogesterone acetate therapy can be used effectively in young women with müllerian adenosarcoma whose ovaries are preserved.
