AB Flow cytometric analysis of single cell DNA content was performed in 99 malignant ovarian tumors FIGO stages III and IV. The tumors were divided into two groups with DNA index ⩽ 1.5 and > 1.5, respectively. The tumor DNA index correlated with histopathological differentiation, frequency of complete pathological remission, and prognosis.
