It account less than 5% of vaginal cancers and 0.5% of all malignant melanomas. I experienced 2 cases of primary malignant melanoma.Methodology Case 1: 58 years old patient was referred due to vaginal black discoloration. She was noticed black discoloration 3 months ago at local OBGY clinical.3 months later, local clinical doctor said black discoloration increased and recommended to our hospital. Punch biopsy was done on several black colored vaginal surface.Case 2: 62 years old patients visited my office due to vaginal discharge. There was black discolortaion spreading whole vaginal surface including uterine cervix. Punch biopsy was done on vagina and uterine cervix.Results I did Robot assisted radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection. I did upper 1/3 vaginal dissection via intraperitoneal approach and via vaginal approach I did total vaginectomy. Plastic surgeon did vulvovaginal reconstruction surgery.Conclusion 1st case there was pelvic lymph node positive and 2nd case was lymph node negative. I did adjuvant immounotherapy on 1st case patient and did not done any adjuvant therapy on 2nd patient.Disclosure Nothing to disclose
