They are highly malignant but chemosensitive affecting mostly affecting young women. Accurate diagnosis and treatment can give best outcomes. This study was conducted with the objective to study the clinical profile and treatment outcomes of germ cell tumours with multimodal therapy at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, India.Methodology Data of histologically confirmed germ cell tumours from August 2011 to May 2018 was collected retrospectively from hospital electronic medical records. Median follow up time was 33 months.Results Total number of patients was 29 with Median age being 20.5 years. All had good performance score. 25 underwent upfront surgery whereas 4 received NACT followed by IDS. In upfront surgery group, 80% had fertility preservation surgery which was 75% in IDS group.Most common chemotherapy regimen in NACT and adjuvant therapy group.was BEP (75% in NACT and 80% in adjuvant therapy) with 19.patients receiving 4 cycles, 12 patients received 3 cycles and 2 received 5 cycles respectively. On follow up, 25 patients were alive without disease, 4 had recurrence,1 was lost to follow up and 2 patients did not survive. The estimated 5 year RFS was 84.9% and OS was 87.8%.Conclusion Most patients of germ cell tumours were at an early stage of the disease and there was good response to treatment.Disclosure Nothing to disclose.
