1316 Simple technique of nerve-preservation during type C1 radical hysterectomy
Abstract
Introduction/Background To simplify the technique of Type C1 Radical Hysterectomy.
Methodology Early-stage cervical cancer, <2cm tumor diameter
Results Developing the paravesical and pararectal space with the vesicovaginal and rectovaginal septum. Identifying the ventral, dorsal, and lateral parametrium. Dissection of the ureterohypogastric fascia. Ureteric lateralization and developing the paravaginal plane. Finally, following the path of the hypogastric nerve plate will lead to the safe excision of the vesicovaginal ligament.
Conclusion Hypogastric nerve plate will facilitate Type C1 radical hysterectomy.
Disclosures None.
