Abstract

Flow cytometric analysis of single cell DNA content was performed in 99 malignant ovarian tumors FIGO stages III and IV. The tumors were divided into two groups with DNA index ⩽ 1.5 and > 1.5, respectively. The tumor DNA index correlated with histopathological differentiation, frequency of complete pathological remission, and prognosis.
